The Bison of Howard U. (Wash., DC) roll into Ted Mack tonite to engage the Apps in a key Sun Belt tilt. The road weary Bison, still licking their wounds from back-2-back losses to Radford and Pitt, will look for a way to penetrate the tough App defense. That will be no easy task for the seemingly outmanned visitors but upon further study, one finds that they've been involved in seven one-goal contests. Of the seven, they won one, tied one and lost five.

The takeaway is that this is a patient team that finds a way to hang close until the end when about anything can happen. Teams like this can be extremely dangerous.

The Mountaineers are unbeaten against the Bison, with a 3-0-2 record in the five meetings between the two sides. In the last meeting between the two teams in November of last year, the Mountaineers were victorious, with a 3-0 victory in Boone.
