This is it! The exhibitions are over and now it's for keeps. St. John's of the Big East conference pays the Apps a visit tonight in the first regular season match for both teams. It's also the Red Storm's first official visit to the NC High Country. This match should answer some questions for us. The Johnnies are picked seventh in the Big East this season, but it's a strong, strong league. The good guys need a strong showing tonight, 'cause tomorrow night's opponent (Loyola of Maryland) is the real deal.
Proud triple-degree App grad--Classes of '66, '70 and '81.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!
