So this guy (obviously gifted with skills and knowledge) will inherit MBB and FB programs that are under-water and unable to draw flies. The 9ers are about to spend millions of dollars on two new coaching staffs to start over! He can probably make a big early impact as he'll have free reign to change a lot of the dated JRose mess.
