Just won a major decision to clinch a top 8 finish and will be an NCAA Wrestling Heavyweight All-American. First Wrestling All-American since 2012.

Pharmacy major is listed as his major. App does not offer that, but I assume this means he is majoring in Chemistry pre-professional. Not an easy course load.

Since he has not played football for App I assume he would have 4 years left, or does a year count once a sport is played in that academic year regardless of sport.

Denzel was a fifth year senior. His eligibility is exhausted. You have five years to play four in any sport.

Really proud of this young man. Watched him against Indiana. Talented wrestler and handled himself well. All about a App State also. Thank you Mr. Dejournette.
