Tristin Van Ord took second place by 3.2 seconds. Coastal is going to be a concern in ITF and OTF.

As an old XC coach, you have to love how closely packed our women finished. CCU has three very good runners but our top 5 were in close contact with each other. Notice our #4 and 5 runners v. theirs.

Don't know exactly what to make of it, but I noticed that the winner, a frosh from CCU, ran her worst time of the season today. ??Maybe it was her toughest course and/or roughest terrain of the season??
