Here we go again. Hold off on the celebration. The unbeaten App State Mountaineers VB team is *almost* set to face the unbeaten Arkansas State Red Wolves on Sunday afternoon with first place in the Sun Belt on the line. Sound familiar?
Putting last night's football disappointment aside briefly, the VB Mountaineers have a chance to do on the VB court what their football cousins could not do in KBS. Beat st/\te when it counts.
There are two big obstacles...
1.) Georgia Southern is on campus tonite...ready to *gleefully* make the AppState v. st/\te match of unbeatens purely inconsequential.
2.) Even if the Apps dispatch GaSouth in four or five sets, will they expend so much energy that they won't be at full strength for the st/\te match?
Anyway, tonight's match with the iggles from the 'boro takes on quite a bit of extra interest and extra importance.
