We might be playing a lot of SoCon in the olympic sports. The SoCon took the App, GaSo, Elon, Davidson exit money and the entrance fee from VMI, ETSU, Mercer and built a Digital network that I think is free to watch for every school. It might be handy to be aware of this.
As I type this a bit of time left in OT in WSOC at ETSU. Video quality is rather good.

Just a technical matter; it was a double OT loss. Much harder to swallow as a player.hapapp wrote:ETSU wins in OT, 1-0.

I won't dwell on it. Our team is very, very young; and ETSU remains unbeaten. It may be a good thing for later in the season.

Re: WSOC at ETSU
My understanding is that the golden goal rule is in effect for two OT periods. If neither team has scored after the extra time of a regular season contest, the match ends in a draw. In a similar situation in a playoff match, a penalty shoot-out follows the extra time.hapapp wrote:I forgot, does college soccer play golden goal?asu66 wrote:Just a technical matter; it was a double OT loss. It would be nice for the rules to be standardized...it gets confusing shifting from high school to college to the pros.
