We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Men took 2nd and women took 5th. 3 of top 4 including winner of women's are new to SB this year and ODU does participate in any XC.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

Both are squads are young with top runners returning but so is the conference. Men runners-up for second year in a row. We employ a real pack approach but we had a separation after 6K. At that point our top 5 we're within five seconds but finished with a 40 second gap. StAte had 2 finish in front of our top runner, Wilson-Cook who was 5th, and then two more right behind him. All our top 5 were inside the top 15.

The women's 5th place is not bad, we just lack that strong number #1 runner. Our top female finished 15th and number 2 was 19. Both sophomores.
