Great job, ladies!

Indeed! I watched this match "cover to cover" and after two sets, I thought our ladies were in for an embarrassing disaster. Then, they rallied and scored 30 points in the third set--winning 30 to 28. They scored as many points in the third set (30) as their combined points total in sets one and two (17 + 13). That was a tremendous comeback and it set the tone for sets four and five. They refused to throw in the towel.

Two positive notes, among many, are that...(1) two true freshmen (Sam Bickley and Sarah Missroon) played in three or more sets in the match. Bickley played in all five sets and made the leaderboard with 55 assists; and (2) the Apps are off to a 3-0 start in Sun Belt play.

Up next for the Apps is a 1 PM ET match on Sunday at ULM.
