Asheville folks, our church does a cool event on the second Sunday of each month at French Broad Brewery (yes, brewery). It's called Pub Sing. We hang around and knock back a pint or two and enjoy singing or listening to Gospel music on banjo, mandolin, guitar, etc.
During the summer months we'll be cooking out in the parking lot at 5:00 with Pub Sing continuing from dinner until 8:00. Everyone is welcome. No charge for the event. You do have to buy your own beer
I'll be grilling the burgers tomorrow. Make sure to stop and introduce yourself if you come join in the fun.
If serving is beneath you, then leading is beyond you.
