EA Sports Reaches $40 million agreement w/ NCAA Players

Agreement must be approved by the Judge and will require that the vast majority of former players choose not to opt-out.

The anti-trust suit against the NCAA remains on schedule for trial.

What about the most important question. Will they be making a football game with Kidd Brewer and HiHiYikas in it or not?

No not any time soon. If they ever make another one it would be after all of these issues about how to compensate college athletes are settled. So we're talking years of lawsuits and appeals. The timing of this is a killer because one more year and we would have been in the game.
