SC State has been a hot bed for graft and corruption for numerous years. Dwindling enrollment is a big problem -- Why? African-Americans are flooding college campuses now more than ever. SCS needs a major public relations overhaul, and it appears that none of the state officials want to make a tough decision and hire an experienced educational manager as the president of the school.

It might be time to close the doors and suck up the debt.

This is not something you discover overnight but I guess they were sleeping. It is good to know that they have a solution though. Eliminate women's golf and ask the legislature for a check.

No long term solution, begging for money .....they are screwed
