We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

License plate agency

Unread post by appdaze » Fri Sep 14, 2012 4:32 pm

So I got a ticket for my tags being out. I went to the inspection and my tires failed. Dropped money on new tires and finished the inspection. Irritated because I thought I had done this already in March. Tried to find the one in Thomasville and followed all the signs. There was no LP to be found. Then I went to the one in High Point. So I get to the LP agency and realize I have no checkbook with me. I fly to the bank and get back with cash about 4:30. Stand in line until after 5. Irritated by all the money and time and gas I've had to burn just to get a stupid sticker on my vehicle and as I am walking out something happened that made me feel a lot better. The lady 10 people behind me in line who had some obnoxious kids with her said...."excuse me mam, mam, I have a question. I'm not sure what to do but my son just peed on your floor." This kid had to be 3-4 years old. LP agencies and DMVs bring out the best in society. I am quite grateful I do not work at either. Those poor people that work at those places....

I always find when I do things at the 11th hour there's always more piss on the floor.

The agency in Thomasville is located at South Gate Shopping Center on HWY 109. It's in the back corner. I was there the other day.
