I see on the website that there is a a new member of the men's basketball staff, a Graduate Assistant, Mark Polsgrove, what do we know about this new position and about him? Looks like Fox is adding as many people as he can.

It is not necessarily a new position. Some post them on the website and other times a school or staff might not. He is a great kid who I am fairly certain is a GA but in a volunteer capacity but this might cover grad school tuition. Not certain on that. He is a from a great family, and his father was the Head Coach at Lees McRae for a handful of years and is now the Head Coach at Avery County High School. This individual will allow the traditional Director of Operations role to focus heavily on travel, summer camps, community outreach, and other on campus aspects as a DOBO in the Sun Belt commands much more travel than a SOCON Director of Ops.
