The kid looks like he might have promise. I see a hint of a team coming together.AppHoops wrote:Here's a snapshot post on last week's commit Griffin Kinney

I little S&C wouldn't hurt him, but he seems to have good moves (but it is a highlights vid). He doesn't seem all that awkward. I wonder how he shoots his foul shots. lolAppHoops wrote:Put his highlight video up. Forgot to include that originally.
This video is from fall 2013. From what I read it's a little later than the other clip. I'll see if I can find any newer.EastHallApp wrote:Video is a year old, so I'm guessing he's gotten at least a little stronger while at FUMA. Probably improved his skills as well. Wonder if there is any video from his time there?
Kind of an awkward shot, but whatever works.
I think there is an opening for early playing time for Kinney (and possibly Kostic too, if he has a similar skill set) because App seems to have a lot of post players who have some athleticism and can rebound and maybe block shots, but are short on offensive skill. So they could complement our existing pieces pretty well. Of course Spagnolo's status is a big variable there.
Thanks, it didn't say his weight but he looks a little more developed.firemoose wrote:This video is from fall 2013. From what I read it's a little later than the other clip.
