Lady Apps get the job done starting 2 frosh, 2 soph and 1 junior at home against Samford. Appalachian women getting more confident each time on the court. This team is getting to be fun to watch.
We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

While the women have struggled to date, Maryah Sydnor is having a player of the year type season thus far. She leads the SoCon in scoring at 19.9 per game and is atop the league in FT% (87%). She ranks in the top ten in rebounding, FG%, steals, and minutes played.
