Women did win yesterday, but it was Carolina U so like 50 point victory. Guess a warm up to come out of break.

Both App State basketball teams beat Carolina this year by decisive margins.

This needs to be the headline for the next issue of The Appalachian.

0-4 in conference start seems unexpected - not expecting 4-0 but need to get the struggle bus out of the locker room soon.
1 more home game and then 4 on the road coming up - we could be way behind the 8-ball at the end of the road trip. Lets get rid of that goose egg asap.

Got a second conference win a few days ago - having a tough conference season this year. Need to get on a big win streak. Last year 9-9 in conference - this year is going to be below that mark. Heading in the wrong direction this year.
