Women off to a tough start vs. Texas State 17-8 end of first qtr. Much like the men they struggle to score.

You aren't lying.I think we set new records for turnovers and missed lay-ups .And we were still in it until the last couple of minutes.Painful.

Angel is highly regarded as a coach and as a person. I suppose recruiting is our weakness.

They got quality looks and scheme looked good on both sides of the ball. Just silly unforced turnovers and bad shooting.

It's disappointing considering there were 10 returning players from two straight winning seasons, plus Angel saying preseason they could contend for a league title. 11-20 is head-scratching.
Angel knows how to scheme and put players in the right positions to make plays. Execution just wasn't there.
