It’s always good to keep playing. However, the only real benefit I see is additional practice time and additional team play. That being said, if we don’t incorporate “next years” players into the game and give them real playing time, I question the real value of playing in this tournament. Guys like Harkum and Mantis need to play meaningful minutes not just making a cameo appearance.

Is the war in Europe going to be a concern for having Sasha return. I assume not, but I had to ask.

The Basketball Classic took another strange twist this weekend when Wofford withdrew from the tournament when travel issues prevented them from hosting a second round game.
