I heard one of their guys might have got the first triple-double in their program history. Any truth to that?
maybe the Casino man can come sing him a little song.

I can’t decide which commercial is the best deterrent…casino man or everyone inside has to wear hunting camo.

I wonder how much the advertisers pay for the spots during these games? We generally have the same 3 or so play over and over every home game.

They have to be selling them preseason as a full season package. You would’ve thought as the successful season went on more advertisers would sign on but that didn’t happen.

Heard recently that Adrian Delph has another year of eligibility if he chooses to use it. Does anyone know if this is accurate information?
If so, will he return or enter the transfer portal and end up elsewhere?

He does have another year. He may or may not play college bball next year. If he plays in college it may or not be here. I think it depends how much offered to play professionally and who comes back for us.

It all depends if analysts tell him he’s ready to play pro ball somewhere or if he needs another year to develop, his love for App, his connection with the underclassmen like CJ and RJ, how his roll would have to change for next season with Mike and Justin leaving, and if he feels there’s unfinished business after this season.

Adrian Delph is already the man on this team. He’d likely be the leading scorer again next year.

Hope he returns.
But only if it's THE BEST option for him.

I seem to recall a few college games where a team was so bad from the line that the opposing coach purposely put them in the bonus early- did NC State do that to Houston back in ‘83? It would be a huge gamble and the other team would need to use bench players to accumulate the fouls, and of course after 10 it’s 2 shots. We have had a few games where there were so few fouls called against our opponent that by the time the game reached the 4:00 or so mark they had to rack up the fouls but generally didn’t. Nobody has really tried to force us to win games relatively early in the second half.
The crazy thing is that with essentially the same players in last year's SB Tourney we went:

11-14 against Little Rock
9-14 against Texas State
12-14 against Coastal
16-18 against Ga. State

That's 38-50, or 76% with many of those FT's coming in Clutch, Game-Deciding Minutes.
