Slow start....again

Down 13-12 to a 9 win team midway through the 1st half. Pitiful.

I've noticed as we try to get out in transition we play out of control more often than not.

Held ULM scoreless for 5 minutes but still only go into halftime with a 5 point lead.

Missing uh-LOT of free throws in this game. 5 min to go in the 2nd 52-43.

This game should have been over 10 minutes ago

Who wants it... 58-54 App. 1 min to play.

Our fast break/transition offense is terrible. 2 on 1 offense and we never pass and end up missing a layup , turning it over or getting blocked. Pass the ball

Teams should press us all game, we are awful breaking it

That said, congrats on the win to the team. 17-14 overall. 11-9 in conference on the season. A year ago this team was 11-21 and 6-12. Still a long way to go but that’s major improvement.

A win is a win, but wow that was ugly. I agree we struggle BIG TIME with the full court press, we have all year.

O’ Williams kept his head and us in the game in the last two minutes , otherwise we lose this one. As stated above it looked like we were trying to give it away. But a win is always sweet....

So looks like our path to New Orleans means beating the Texas teams again.

UTA by double digits if we play like we have the last two weeks. That was brutal. Forrest must play better.

I know he isn't 100%, but three fouls in 7 minutes last night hurt the flow of the game.

Hopefully we got the ugly games out of the way this past week and now we execute a run on the conference tournament. Law of averages and all that.
