We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

My bigger concern is getting ASU fans to support the program. I recognize that you and some others do support the program. Unfortunately, ASU fans collectively don't support the program even in the isolated years that we win a high percentage of games. That needs to change as much as the coaching situation.
You make an interesting point about Kevin.

As for fan support. Several years back when the SoCon Tournament was in Charlotte, we basically took over Time Warner for a couple of days during the tournament. I think that kind of support would have remained had we won.

NOTHING replaces winning. NOTHING gets a fan base stirred up like winning! The fans will be there and will return when we win!
Go APPS!

It is also very difficult to build a solid fan base around a team in a location like ours without TV exposure. You can take shots all you want about ASU football fans following Duke, Carolina, and State BB but that is because they can watch the games. Weekdays are just out for many of our fans. The problem with weekend games is that they just don't have the game day atmosphere of football when you are looking at 6-8 hours on the road.
When we can find the solution to that problem we can have a program that is self supporting, and one that will attract quality coaches.
Just my humble opinion.

Both Flomo and Worrell are intelligent enough to understand the fluid nature of our situation. There's been no indication from either that they plan to look elsewhere should Capel not be our head coach. They both seem eager to be a part of better days for the ASU basketball program.
