If they all didn’t get stuck or wreck yesterday. Appeared the roads were pretty bad.

Exceptional performances from:

Tate
Dodd
Conners
Threadgill
Huntley

Good secondary performances from:
Beaubrun
Marcus Jr.

Loved Kerns’ nine-man rotation. Wish we could get more from Wilson and Alston.

Held Texas state to 37% from the field. That’s exceptional. Great job by this team holding on to that big lead. Texas State would go on a mini run but we’d respond with one of our own to keep it out of reach. Great game.

Great win. Kerns continuing to manage the rotations really well. Season after season he's managed to dial things in as January rolls around. It feels like he's been rooting around for another guard to step up. It's a bummer that the tournament format has been adjusted this season considering this past season, but regardless hopefully the team can stay in contention for a decent bye...

Dodd and Tate are the top two guards but agree he’s trying to get Conners and Muttlieb in shape to be 2/3. Threadgill is a solid player, but until this game he hasn’t been a scoring threat. They all do appear to be getting more comfortable and confident. If we can keep playing like this past game, should be able to put a nice string of wins together.

Threadgill may be the biggest disappointment this year. He is shooting under 25% from 3, he did go 3-4 the last game however.

First game I got to watch this year, his shooting style is interesting and seems it lends itself to being blocked easier.

Very low release indeed.
I noticed that when I was at the UNCW game. First attempt, I thought he lost control of the ball.... because he did not even touch rim. .but as game went on ..noted that is just his shot. Hopefully, he continues what he did in this game as he seems to be decent defender.

Kind of a “ set shot” or push. CJ has similar style from outside the arc with a bit higher release.

From him, it has to be higher. Walked by him and a couple other players at the Thursday Football game this year. It is a weird feeling to feel so short.

Yes, someone else with him was about the same height. I like to think of myself as tall, until I'm around basketball players.

Yeah I didn’t realize she was at App or on the volleyball team until her intro video for a class I had with her this past semester.
