Great win. There were so many years over last couple decades watching tough squads with meh coaching that I’d have killed for a .500 mark at this point in the season (not to mention watching on TV).

Any news on Boykin? Great effort all around defensively. The improved FT shooting as a team is good to see.

Messy game offensively but nice team win. Good road opportunities this weekend.

It was a fight and we won .They came in the hottest team in the conference and we shut them down with arguably our #2 offensive guy out.We have our weaknesses but found a way to win a big game.Xavion !

Good crowd today, considering the students are not really back in Boone yet. Figured out the inbound pass and made our free throws down the stretch. Either we are really good defensively or Troy was not as good as their record. Good to see us close one out.

Next four games against weaker opponents are big. Looks like 11-7 should be enough for a Top 4 bye. Heck I wouldn’t be shocked if 10-8 gets there.

I think the Southern Miss & Marshall schedules lend themselves well to both performing well enough down the stretch for byes.

My hunch is App & Louisiana both grab the other two byes.

Given that over half the league is either 4-2 or 3-3, I don't think anyone with any certainty at this point can say who will finish in the top 4. Marshall and So Miss seem to be the best and Ul is coming on, but no one seems that far a head of the rest of the pack.
