Made me think why the fan base morale is so low when you consider our last football win was 11/19.

Looks like another anyone can win on any given night in the belt season. Southern and ULM are tied for first at 3-0 and the preseason #1 and #2 teams (UL and TX St) are at the bottom. I know there are tons of transfers all over the belt and college bball in general which creates more parity, but this has to be one of the most balanced leagues.

That reminded me of my Jr. High basketball team - when I would get home after a game my mother would ask, "What was the score?" - after several weeks she would just say, "how bad was it today?" We finished 0-18

Great to get the win. Coastal is near or at bottom of the conference. It is early yet in conference. CCU overall record is .500. App. St. is a work in progress. Hopefully App. St. starts to gel more as the season progresses.

If I did the math correctly we are at 69% FT shooting. While lots of teams are jammed together at roughly the same % we are 240th. I would think that even shooting 75% gets us 5 more points per game and probably a few more wins.

Really our only good FT shooters are Harcum Boykin and Gregory and they are struggling to get to the line. However, late in games, these are the guys that have to have the ball in their hand. Not abson or brown. Not having the timeout probably hurt a little on trying to get them the ball, but a must needed win!!!!

Anyone have an update on Eads injury recovery? With no Teasett, it seemed like our guards were GASSED at the end of the game, especially Boykin. He was giving all his effort and looked extremely tired at the line (he's usually really good at the line). Maybe it's just a thing of getting his stamina up a little as he's going to play 30+ minutes/game now, and we need it from him.

Seriously, I started reading thread from beginning and assumed we lost by 20…then 2 posts There’s the miracle and app wins.

Beyond that..the House won’t get squat done this year…and as much as a leftie as I am Chip Roy is right about Amendment debate and earmarks.
