Never seemed into it from the start. I think Marsha is that much better than we are to be brunt about it. Maybe not 30 pts better but no doubt they are double digits better than we are. Boykin played really well but can’t say the same for anyone else. More of the same from the free throw line. I’ll be interested to see how JMU does against them on Saturday. It’ll be hard to keep pace with Southern Miss.

Time will tell on Marsha. They have not really played anyone and have 2 losses to not very good teams. The schedule is what their schedule is. Maybe they are that good. They won games they are supposed to win. They moved much more fluid on offense. Actually made our defense look weak ..which is supposed to be our strength.

Marshall home attendance is head and shoulders better than ours. I don’t know much about Huntington as a city but there’s no reason Boone and Watauga county population doesn’t support App the same way.

Maybe if we put a decent product on the floor we would draw some fans. Until that time it is hard to blame people for not showing up.

Now that MU is back in the same league as App, all of y'all young Turks will be learning 'bout a red hot *hate* rivalry that dates back to the early-to-mid 70s. You ain't seen anything yet! The Herd likes to dish out runaway games against the Apps; and we made it real e-z for 'em to do it in this one.

Anytime over the next two+ months that you see an App team shooting 34% and getting killed on the boards by a margin of 25 rebounds, you can rightly assume our kids weren't prepared to play!
