We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

We're 17-11, after loosing most all players from last year. I would have taken that all day to start this season. It's a one bid league. We have as good a chance to win the tournament as any team. Pop5app, do you not remember we won 27 games last year. You say year after year.....
Losing most of your players is not an excuse. That is the reality of college basketball today.

Not game planning or running a set offense when it’s needed is a problem.
Just curious, how many D1 schools lost a starting point guard, starting center, starting power forward, backup point guard, sixth man guard, another starting guard due to transfers
which is difficult to plan for....and has a winning record in conference? excluding Gregory as graduation and a coach should be planning for that.

JMU maybe...but think they may have had more graduations that were contributing...could be wrong.

I get that transfers are a part of college basketball.... however losing 6 or 7 that were not planned graduations...that is quite a few to replace..
Kerns has done a hell of a job especially if the money pot that Stonewall referenced for NIL was that small.
They also lost their coach to Vandy.

Remember that European that got hurt before the season. He actually may have found the players to pull it off, it just didn’t work out.

We are still a team that can beat any one else in this conference.
Do wonder what difference he would have made. I was really excited to see what he could provid.

Was always the plan to redshirt this year, regardless of the injury. Not sure why people on here think he was some magic elixir that we're missing out on this year.

We needed another scorer, not a superstar debbiedowner.

Maybe it would have changed as the season progressed, but when he enrolled, the plan was for him to redshirt. Thats not being a debbie downer. Nor did I call him a superstar.

I trust mine more than I trust yours. But I'm not going to get into a source measuring contest with you over something that is completely irrelevant at this point.

That’s fine, I’ve been right a lot lately versus others with sauces.

When my sources say the same as Stonewalls, I’m even more confident in them.

Is the European guy going to be available next year. How about Beaubrun? How many will leave the program this year?

Andrin should be good to go . I think JB is out of eligibility end of season.

Tate, Huntley, Beaubrun, and Threadgill are out of eligibility.

Unless the rest of the players want to try somewhere else, I don't see any of them being pursued the way four of our players were actively recruited last offseason.

If 3 can get better with going right in addition to being good at going left. He could be a real force inside next year.

But, back to this year and our pending March Madness run....it ain't over til it's over

Anyone know where all the players who left went to, and did they all play?

We need Conners to get going again. Having him there to compliment Tate outside is key.

Marcus and Wilson could get some looks from some teams.

Once again a thread becomes a bbq pissing contest. Are you a vinegar or tomato sauce guy?

If talking poached for money from another mid-major... potentially.
Not sure I see them getting Power school looks yet....maybe Wilson as they see the project and desire as transformed his body, etc.
If both have great years next year....could see Power schools entering the picture next year
Could be wrong...just my opinion.

How much did (3rd from the bottom of the SEC) Georgia pay our big to play 9 minutes a game and average 2 points and 2 boards? They have a grand total of 4 conference wins.

Agreed. Not so worried about guys leaving for money this year-don’t see any poaches. We just can’t have the mass exodus like last year for other reasons outside of money as that kills the depth, and leaves us searching for bodies with a lack of TP money.
