Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. Salukis get their revenge and beat us down 11-2. 1-4 during the tournament with a win over a quality SIU team and tough, 1-run losses to Auburn & UNC. I know it's not the results they wanted, but there are some positives. We need pitching more pitching is my thought.

Except for the “run rule” loss to cheat they have been competitive. They look like they can play. I agree, more pitching is needed.

Like most programs, yesterday wasn't a good day for softball. But just like Baseball, it was a much better day today.

See that softball has not been televised this weekend. Is the new playing field not fully equipped for TV at this time?
It was on the ESPN+ schedule.

Softball has had a good couple of weeks with a sweep of JMU last week and a series win over Marshall today.

The new ballpark seems to have given them a boost. Tennis looks to be in a similar situation this year.
