11-10, at least we're within striking distance
New pitcher = more runs.
Games are going to average 3.5-4 hours this year.

Kramer is the guy.
Going to be a long year on the bump.
At large pretty much gone with 2 losses to Queens.
The good thing about baseball is that you play tomorrow (Tuesday).

Short memory and go get a W v a good HPU team.

Our pitching might be suspect but I just saw a score that will blow your mind….

Rhode Island- 36
William and Mary- 22.
End of the 7th.

Yes, that’s a baseball score coached by Scot Sloan.

We should not lose to Queens in any thing. This is an embarrassment.

Still having bullpen troubles
We didn’t really go get any arms. It’ll be the same guys from last year with a spattering of newcomers-which is worrisome.
We brought in 4 transfers and 3 Freshman pitchers. That's just over a third of the staff.

Not a good start to say the least. A series loss to Queens is just plain bad.

I thought Welch was supposed to go today. Maybe the thinking was whoever we threw should beat Queens and save Welch for HPU as they are better than Queens.

Still haven’t seen Welch or Lewis yet.

I got nothing...pitching let them down yesterday. I will say that QU lineup is much improved with a few transfers and recruits plus a few hold overs.

Bats came around but several pitchers had just plain bad performances. Gotta fix it quickly.

It's early and Kermit's teams get better as the season progresses but perhaps this isn't a particularly strong team this season.

Losing 2 out of 3 to Queens should be unacceptable in any sport that App fields. Baseball is a wild game sometimes and the ball takes weird bounces so I can always understand dropping a single game in a series to an inferior team, but losing 2 isn't good at all. Not a good start to the season.

Fingers crossed the weather doesn't look half bad this weekend. Might be able to get in 3 Sat/Sun. It's gonna be a better week for the squad. I think it's gonna be a good test with both opponents upcoming.

No where to go but up. Waiting impatiently for the pitching lab to show results.

The pitching lab is great with biomechanics and real time data but gotta get the right arms which is going to be a challenge for APP.

Very worrisome we're seeing the same arms from a bad unit last year.

Batting Practice- and not for us. Oh boy, it's going to be an extremely long year with this pitching staff.

Yup. I think we have touched on this. It's gonna be hard to get enough "quality" pitchers to play up there.

It seems I'm not going to be much happier with sports after basketball season.
