I haven't swung an aluminum bat since my college days. We used to swing -5's. Having 2 daughters I haven't followed it much but my roommate/teammate's son is going to ETSU next year so I'm slowly getting back into it. I guess what I'm asking is how has the technology changed in the bats from 25 years ago? (i know i dated myself there) Seems like bigger sweet spots today. Is it still -5? It's like deja vu with all these runs.

We had something like 18 hits but the play of the game , the best or as good as I have seen at App was the SS fielding and throw in the 4th.

The Saturday game of the A&T series originally set for Boone is now moved to Greensboro due to forecasted weather.

Today would be awesome to be on ESPN+ but I'm not seeing that it is. They are playing at the new High Point Rockers stadium and should be some nice spring 60's weather. What a cool new ballpark for that area. Tomorrow and Sunday at War Memorial which was also a fun park to play in, although very very quirky dimensions/layout.
