Good job by the Apps. I'd rather have had the sweep, but if we win two out of every three, we'll be in good shape.

Dropping the second game yesterday was disappointing but I'm also glad we salvaged the series. The boys have a 10-game road swing on deck, it would have been tough to start that stretch on the heels of a series loss at home.

Agnew-Wieland looked great out there aside from the 4th. 1 BB, 7 K and made it through 7 innings. Marcello was dominant in the 9th as well.

Ill take 2 out of 3 any day, nature of baseball makes it tough as hell to sweep, now we need 7 on this 10 game road trip.
