Time to put the series (one game ) against the Chickenpack in the rear view mirror.

First game at Beaver Field tomorrow afternoon with the first pitch at 3 p.m. The Golden Griffins are off to a 2-0 start with wins over Albany Friday in Cary. They were supposed to play today against Delaware, but it looks like the game was canceled.

Who's coming to welcome the boys back to Boone?

I'll be watching here in Charlotte on GoASUtv. Wish I could make it in person.

Unfortunately, I will be watching from home as well. Looks like a gorgeous day in Boone, wish I was there!

Very, very early and will surely change but at the moment, the SoCon is the #3 rated conference in the RPI.

20-7 as a conference, led by... Furman, who is currently #4 in the RPI after wins over Michigan State and Miami (OH). The Apps currently come in at #64.

Let's hope we can follow up that nice season opener and continue our winning ways at home. Let's go!

2 runs thus far for Canisius in the 2nd, they've got men at 1st and 2nd with 2 outs.

Crespo has got to get better in the field, just made his 3rd error in the first two games. Another tailor made double play ball that would have ended the inning with no runs and he botched it.

Down 2-1 now, in the middle of the second. Springs is struggling a little bit, but as Mike said, we did give them four outs.

I believe 5 of our 9 starters have already gone yard this season in 2 games. Not too shabby.
