I'd be a lot more mad if we didn't win yesterday. The way we beat them Friday and scared them out of their own ball park today, I consider this a series sweep.

Im surprised they didnt atleast delay the start a couple of hours and try and get the field in playing shape. Looks to me they gave up on this one alittle early.

Our guys could have been back in Boone Friday night!

The field was in playing shape at 12:30. Just needed a dragging and lines marked off. The excuse I heard from one of their players was it was too cold... It was all I could do to keep from laughing out loud in the guys face!

There must have been a warm pocket over Chapel Hill since they played today. Or maybe they really were cold.....frozen in fear of another loss to App State.

I noticed the GoASU schedule still has the Sat. NCSTATE game as "postponed," while the Sunday game is listed cancelled, is there a chance we squeeze one back in later?

Likely listed that way because the game was initially postponed until Sunday to play a double header, then canceled so their poor widdle hands didn't sting from catching and hitting a baseball in 40-degree weather. They were at serious risk of getting a runny nose in those conditions!

Agree with Mike GO. State's twitter site is listing them as cancelled and is offering refunds or exchanges. Doesn't appear as if they want to play us again. Getting UNCC in to replace one of the games this week.

Dang. Oh well, as long a we beat UNC in May. I notice that Charlotte's next game is, surprise, NC State later today. I guess that makes Fri or Sat most likely for us?

Grabbing a team they know they will beat instead of a challenging in-state opponent to catch the eye of Raleigh recruits.

too cold for the State players? What a bunch of wet nurse pansies!!! The one thing you have to love about App players is they dont care about the weather, you want to play in 30 degree weather, no problem.

If we're looking for a filler game to make up for the 2 cancellations and are willing to travel, I'd love to see us get a game with South Carolina again. Easy trip down from Charlotte and that is an absolutely gorgeous facility.
