We needed that! Bats had been a bit quiet since the first inning.

Errors and walks allow us to tack on 3 in the 6th to lead 8-4 going to the 7th.

Tolley and Boyd carry us. ASL as well, Holderbach has been a nice find. Need Moronta back but have no clue what’s going on there. Good pitching staff day, only 3 walks. App wins 9-6 with a valiant comeback.

Big win for the Diamond Apps. Rally from 3-0, 4-1 & 6-4 to win 9-6. Pitching seemed improved today, but 3 errors on the day. Top 5 in the lineup are raking, but we got work to do from 6-9. Tuthill with the feel good story so far this season. Quality win and nice close out inning by Lewis with the 1-2-3 bottom of the 9th!

2 of those 6-9 are filling in due to injuries. Wilder will pick it up soon as he had to play the same role last year filling for Boyd/ASL injuries- great on defense. Really catcher, DH and middle infield is where it’s a little more suspect. Still early and a lot of guys are getting at bats. Seems like we have solid depth options but wont really know until we get into conference pitching.
