One has to wonder where we would be the past 2-3 years with Noah Hall. He is KILLING it at South Carolina, went 8 innings with 12k’s yesterday in a 1-0 win. Our App team looked pretty strong with him before Covid ruined the 2020 season for everyone. Credit to Kermit for continuing to recruit solid players, credit to Hall for taking a risk and it paying off in dividends for him. Is Noah Hall the only example so far of an App State transfer that leveled up and is succeeding for a major program? I can’t think of any others that have “stepped up” a level or three.

I don't want to brag but I have been undefeated since winter break as a spectator at sporting events. That includes visiting EVERY pro ice hockey venue in NC and while watching Charlotte the Checkers won 9-0 and the Canes won 4-0 on Friday.
Fayetteville won and the Thunderbirds have won 3 times I have watched them and the Tbirds had a few lopsided wins though not shutouts. Baseball was not winning when I arrived at the A&T game on Saturday and then we win. /Just sayin'.

Also I follow a Level 5 (National League) football team in England (Dagenham and Redbridge Daggers) and they have been suffering of late and I have not been able to tune in. I get to listen Saturday and they beat the best club (Notts County) in the league (maybe best club in the National League ever) for that club's first loss at home this season and stopped a 25 game win streak. Amazing upset.

The game today (Sunday) is likely to be over before I get off work so no promises for today.

I am willing to offer my services for a small "fee" of just being "there" and will give an App State discount to alumni of App State.
