Gonna be awesome. And we didn't have to give up the Saturday game for the exposure!

Going to be a early morning leaving Charlotte, but can't wait for this game. Nothing like kegs and eggs for a 7 AM tailgate.

Man, was hoping for a later start time to really squeeze the most out of tailgate. Least we got to keep a Saturday time slot though.

Just think, we could have been playing Samford on PBS instead.

This is good exposure. However, I must say it is a big let down. Was hopeful for a long day of tailgating and and enjoying atmosphere all day.
The Boone PD and Athletic dept better be on their P's & Q's... Lots of folks coming to town and a short window to get them into the parking lots and into stadium.

There will be plenty of time for tailgating after we win. Just watch out for goal posts.

Whenever anyone complains about the move up, this is the only sentence that needs to be uttered.

They might as well just leave the bars open all night. The profits will pay for the ALE fine.

So we stood our ground to avoid a Thursday or Friday night kickoff, and still get ESPN or ESPN2 right after College Gameday? Imagine what the offer was before. People want to see us on television.

I know this is very unlikely but is there any chance gameday comes to Boone?

Is it decided before or after we beat Tennessee?

I don't need GameDay in Boone, just about 35k plus making The Rock the loudest it's ever been. Oh, and some of you to come help me with the tequila.

Oof, not happy about noon, but better then than Friday night. That probably seals the deal that I'll be heading up Friday to make a weekend of it.

I don't think anyone can complain considering they (ESPN) originally wanted it to be on Thursday or Friday.
Look at it this way, now we have more time to celebrate the victory afterwards.
Edit: Sorry AppinVA, I didn't see your post first.
