By comparison...stAte vs UL-L on ESPN2 and the only game Tuesday drew 351,000.

The Deuce is in way more homes...

No NFL game on Tuesday, either.

Wish there wore more FBS games to compare to. Regardless, I think the media response to the win shows how beneficial the national exposure was.

I was hoping we could pull 250k. Guess it's pretty tough being on the U and competing against Temple v ECU on the duece and Cal v UCLA on the mothership.

Nfl is probably a bigger foe on Thursday nights.

Yep, and it's not close. From that same site (http://sportstvratings.com/seahawks-49e ... 2015/3796/):

Seahawks-49ers (NFLN/CBS combined): 17.1 million
Cal-UCLA: 1.06 million
Temple-ECU: 680,000
NFL Network Pregame Show (7:30-8): 619,000
NFL Network Pregame Show (8-8:20): 907,000

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out since a Sun Belt game will be featured in that slot for the rest of the season. We may do better next week because the Thursday night NFL game will only be on the NFL Network.

We talk about attendance and exposure a lot on the board.

I'd like to see more of a focus on getting a better money-making TV deal.

Exposure is important, but if we're going to be competitive in FBS, we need TV revenue. It seems like ESPN is tapped out. So, maybe there would be options with Fox, NBC, Turner, something more regional, or even some sort of digital option.

If we can prove that we can deliver an audience, we should be able to get a good deal for it.
