As much as I would love to play ECU I'd rather play a mediocre ACC team where we could possibly get a win over a P5 school.

I understand that a mid-level P5 team would be great, but the SBC doesn't have any tie-ins that make that likely. At this stage of our development, I think ECU would be a perfect match in that the game would get tons of local interest and a win would give bragging rights that would pay off in recruiting.

At least they got the right conferences for that projection. They are projecting Georgia vs. Northwestern in the Music City Bowl (SEC vs. ACC/ND). What's that all about?
