ESPN dot COM and SC
What's with the inconsistency in coverage on the "clubhouse" page and on SC? This was a bigger statement win than LM, and dot com doesn't even have the short big play videos they typically have on the "video playlist" throughout the game. Also i haven't heard/seen a mention on SC for the Meadors catch that seemed bigger than last week's. I just wondered how they decide what to show. I know none of us work for them, yet wonder if anyone has any insight on the silence.

True. The boys that played know, and the fans know. Next week's win gets GaSo hating us again and a bit of coverage. Go Apps!

GS will be our biggest fans next week, and I'm fine with that. As much as I'd hate to see GS win the conference their first year, I'd be fine with us finishing second given how the season started. What a great day of football today, App wins and GS loses!mtnjax wrote:actually if we win next week, then GaSou will love us to death. which will be hilarious

best we can finish is 3rd, unless ULL just goes potato and loses their last 2 games. but 3rd would be great after the start we had to the seasonASUMountaineer wrote:GS will be our biggest fans next week, and I'm fine with that. You should listen to the post-game call-in show. Some of the callers sound like the AppFan comment section.IGgreer wrote:Took me a few seconds but I knew I could a thread complaining about something stupid after a HUGE win.

Two points: 1) I do not give a Rodent's rear end what GS thinks or does. They have not played, much less beaten the preseason fav. teams in The Belt. We have beaten two of the top three and I like our chances next week.ASUMountaineer wrote:GS will be our biggest fans next week, and I'm fine with that. 2) On the bottom of the screen Cox's rushing total was listed by ESPN as one of the best of the day. I too am disappointed that Meador's catch did not get good coverage.

Meador's catch was on the cbs3 segment, or whatever they cal it, during halftime of the pac12 game. I saw the play and had to rewind to make sure but they definitely showed the catch, no audio but it was App nonetheless.

1) umm...good for you? We all know GS hasn't played the tough SBC teams, doesn't mean I don't root against them. But I hope you feel better having told us all what you care, or don't care about.appstate77 wrote:Two points: 1) I do not give a Rodent's rear end what GS thinks or does. Thank you for your concern. I do feel much much better. Your concern means a lot on a Sunday morning.ASUMountaineer wrote:1) umm...good for you?
