Exactly the way it should be right now. I am a little surprised Blakeney isn't 1st or 2nd just because of tenure but those salaries sound about right. If Scott has a winning year this season and then repeats it in 2015, then no doubt we should redo his contract. Glad to see his base is low so if he wins 3 games this year the buyout on future years won't be high but also leaves room to really compensate him if he turns it around and wins big. It's low risk for us right now and that's how it should be. Hopefully Scott is earning about 550k-700k within 4 years from now. That would mean we are winning double digit games, going bowling, and winning a Sun Belt title!
