I never saw any announcement saying season tickets were sold out so I’m assuming that streak has come to an end.

The email says that there are a limited number available. Not sure how many constitutes limited but it would appear that you are correct.

I have a strange feeling attendance will be down this year in general. Since that email, I've reached out to a number of people who bought single game tickets from me in past seasons and maybe 20% have any interest to make the trip. Anecdotal of course, but combined with season tickets not selling out, seems accurate. Guess we'll see, hoping to be wrong.

$75 is a lot for CLT to me. JMU I understand more than UNCC.

The 5 Charlotte fans are expected to drive up the demand

Too much losing, rising ticket costs, and constant roster turnover will do that. We renewed but don't plan on going to them all.

All that plus:

- Not much expectation, at least outside the program, that things will turn around this year.
- Not a great home schedule outside of JMU. All the other biggest names/rivals are on the road.

Yeah, plus JMU at least has Family Weekend to drive some demand. UNCC being a night game, while I'm sure fun for the students, is not necessarily a positive for those of us who drive 2-3 hours back home after the game.

Pretty happy about camping up there for the first game weekend, nice 15 min drive to camper after the game. Well except the traffic and eating somewhere after.
Wished I could do that for the night game too, but 1.5hr drive isn't horrible for me.

A Saturday night game + a full day in Boone/tailgating in September is a win!

I'm trying to get excited, but it's harder. My good friend didn't renew his season tickets due to the continued death spiral of college athletics. I'm hanging because I have a family member in school at App, enjoy taking her to games.

I would guess that attendance will be down, not many wins recently, can't compete in the Sun Belt recently, plus who can keep up with the all the players coming and going.

It's just not the same.

I gave up my season tickets about 2 years ago and have not missed it at all. I occasionally buy a couple of tickets and head up for game but overall, I am happy not dealing with the negative thoughts I was having at the time. The mercenary style of college football works better for me on my 85 inch Sony in my den on Saturdays. :x

I would hate to be the one in charge of selling $75 dollar tickets to a college football game. Seems like a tough sell to me.

Thats where I am at this year. If we don't show some signs of life I will go back to buying a game or two here and there. Season ticket holder since 2002 but the product that has been on the field the last couple of years just isn't gonna cut it.
