INTRODUCING THE FUTURE OF APP STATE!

We are embarking on a transformative initiative to build the new East Tower at Kidd Brewer Stadium, a landmark facility designed to elevate our gameday experience, strengthen our community, and drive meaningful economic impact across North Carolina.

According to the 2022 UNC Economic Impact Analysis, App State Athletics is arguably the strongest economic driver west of I-77, generating $112 million in annual statewide economic impact.

Your Investment in the Future

Your partnership is vital to realizing this transformative project. With your support, the East Tower will become a catalyst for growth and advancing App State’s long-term sustainability.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss this initiative and explore how your involvement can help shape the future of game days at the Rock.

Why the East Tower Matters

• Expanded Capacity: Adds new premium seating options that meet sustained demand—backed by four consecutive seasons of season ticket sellouts.
• Stadium Operations: Enhances stadium crowd flow and access points, as well as stadium infrastructure replacement and upgrades.
• Economic Impact: Further enhance App State’s strong economic impact on the region and state.

The corner entrance is awesome.
But if it's still metal bleachered upper deck...hell no.

I notice an indoor slide and the rock is moved up top to a concourse.

So in order to get a club season seat, you have to give $1,100 annually x ticket amt + the $25-50k?

Payback probably would not take too awfully long but how will it impact NIL donations.

Not saying demand is there or not. In the grand scheme of things, I believe this is reasonable from a cost perspective. If 6 home games, that is less than $50 per game and I assume club seats are covered by a roof. The capital gift is a one time cost. Even more cost efficient if you can get a buddy to buy two two seats and you take 2:seats..just one time at $12.5K.

Agree, would love to see them use this opportunity to upgrade the in-stadium seating.

Just can’t fathom spending $150m (NEZ and East Tower) and still having failing concrete and metal bleachers.

It says "Season Ticket Cost" not season ticket cost per game.. I cannot confirm. However, I do not believe it is $250 per game.

My first impression is the east entrance looks like Cabala’s Bass Pro.

It will be nice to have a more balanced KBS.

But I will unfortunately keep my seats in section 112. Which fortunately are very good seats with good folks in front and behind. We’ve been together for years.

Spend the money on NIL, win, then fund facilities. $100M east tower doesn’t guarantee winning but $10-20M roster might.
IU is doing it this way.

Who says that's the plan? Based on everything else happening, it seems like the Sun Belt is poised to pick up the leftover teams that don't get invited to the super conferences, which will make the Sun Belt stronger. If I were making those bets, I'd stay put.
