Our very own Luke Combs is wearing his I Give My All for Appalachian State hat on College GameDay!
He said he was in Georgia today but his heart always with App State.
Gotta love it!

I couldn't post the link as Facebook was not allowing it but Luke said in an interview after the song that he's "an App State guy all day" then later said "I'm always a Mountaineer baby."

Speaking of country music stars, Eric Church seems to be keeping a lower profile these days. Probably wise to distance himself from the circus in Chapel Hill.

Not so fast… I believe I saw somewhere that douche is giving a commencement speech at unc-cheat.

Correct - he is the named speaker - he is a publicity seeker at all levels always has been, not sure why, if he likes his ego or money better. Ever since he showed up at the 50 yard line of app, where he was supporting football and his clothing brand. I am not sure why he hasn't hit the movie screen either.
That said he is good at and/or has enough money to straddle the lines, go with the hot hand or hot brand and keep his name in the papers. And I will end on a good note : his Charity (along with Luke Combs Help in raising money) will have homes ready this year for residents in Avery County - last I saw 2 are ready and if they can get the process down it might be built out over the next 2 years - its a pretty big help for the community.

Yes, that subdivision over in Newland is going to really make a difference for some folks who lost everything last year. So it’s only fair to give Church some credit for stepping up like that.

I could care less who Eric Church has fandom in relation to sports. Prior to Helene, I did not not have any Eric Church songs on Spotify. I have only a couple now only due the Helene concert as he is not my cup of tea so to speak musically.
With that said, the money he helped to raise is changing people's lives in Avery County.
He can root for UNC, NC State, Dook, wake Forest and even Stink (yes, the unthinkable) all at the same time and not say a damn word about App. St. I do not care. As stated, he is changing people's lives. Fandom is a miniscule comparison. Thank you Eric Church.
