The Star is not important at this point. Did the kid get any playing time at all while at Ark. If not, were their standouts in front of him ...or average to below average Power players in front of him and he still could not get any game action. I agree with you, that's why I said 3 star instead of 4. I know the star really doesn't matter; just how hard he wants to work to get a starting job. I had a friend who was a scout for the Saints We used to catch a highschool game every once in a while where our kids went. That’s possible but hard to gauge until these kids know who their position coach is going to be.
If you set a salary cap then there are ways around that. Without a salary cap you know exactly what someone is getting, just look at the MLB.
