Vandy's QB is suing the NCAA for additional eligibility. Essentially saying the junior college years shouldn't count toward NCAA edibility. With the way the NCAA has been bent over since the Supreme found them in violation of antitrust laws, this could have legs. If so, it could give our very own QB Joey some extra years of eligibility (if he wants).

Question would be if he wants to come back at all or at App if he does get extra time.

Or maybe a new OC/scheme that plays to Joey’s strengths?
Compared to 2023, 2024 feels like Ponce is hellbent to make Aguilar a pocket passer. And Joey doesn’t look comfortable being one.

I feel like it is coaching x and o's. Joey could be great in a well designed offense. This offense is crap that we are running. I dread watching the last two games. That being said our defense is what has lost us games but our offense could be much better.

Pavia was granted injunction relief in this case meaning that he can play next year. Usually and order of injunctive relief is limited to the party seeking the order so in this case just to Pavia. I haven't read the actual order but my best guess is that in order for other players to get the time, they will have to sue the NCAA as well. I suspect a class action suit to be filed on behalf of all former junior college players that would allow them all to benefit under this ruling. Of course even in that case the presiding Judge of that case would have to grant that class of plaintiffs injunctive relief as well. I suspect that is what we see in the next couple months, unless the NCAA just agrees to allow all former juco players to play next year.
