They are looking much better and with a redshirt freshman. Another example that shows freshmen can get it done. I am hoping we can get a good HS QB that is able to play this early like the ODU QB or McCall at the start of his career. ODU beat GS 47-19 five days ago. The rumor going around is that Ponce likes taller QBs and that is why he has gone for Billy and wants a QB in the portal after the season. I also heard that Wilson is not gonna be ready next year but that is disappointing to me because I was hoping with his credentials he would be the guy. I would be curious to hear what those who talk to our coaches on here would say though.
