Unless they start right now, I doubt that KBS will be expanded in time for next year. They haven't even publicly announced the East Side project yet. They're still sending feelers to donors to fund it.canes_mj wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2024 3:00 pmMy people tell me that if you liked the UNC series, you'll be pleased with this...all I can say right now is I'm thankful we're already in the south...it doesn't "always" rain in Boone that time of year, but the other team will certainly be in for a surprise. But keep an eye on the KBS construction (renderings and timelines), and it'll be pretty plain and obvious who's coming to Boone for a not so pleasant payday.

I recall it was “Fully” funded.
This is sarcasm for those new to the board.

Re: EKU off 2025 schedule
SEC and Big10 telling their teams not to play ACC teams as it will hurt their strength of schedules. State probably getting dropped and will need us to boost their strength of schedule after the hit it takes adding Virginia

Re: EKU off 2025 schedule
Under a year out from Sept 13, 2025 which is the empty slot on the schedule. Pretty sure the game is already set in stone, just not announced yet. It would be awesome to announce it Thursday night at the game!

I am still waiting for an Oregon State vs South Carolina matchup in the CFP.

Re: EKU off 2025 schedule
It’s still possible. We have an open date on the 6th. Schools out west don’t start until late September so staying in NC the week isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

They've got the money to do it. Hope it happens, that would be an epic home and away just like Boise/Wyo.
Doesn't Wake go to OSU next year though?

I had not heard Oregon St was an option so I was just responding to your post as a possible scenario that they could play both.311neers wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 11:11 amThey've got the money to do it. Hope it happens, that would be an epic home and away just like Boise/Wyo.

Re: EKU off 2025 schedule
Wish Wake would just pony up and play us. Would have been a lot easier than trekking to Corvalllis to still get beat! I like to keep it classy. I just wait for the official announcement and then post "Glad it's finally out there now!" to let everyone know I actually knew way before that.

As long as both leave satisfied, it’s a win win.BeauFoster wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2024 1:04 pmBeavers vs Cocks…we’d finally see which is stronger
