Season Ticket Renewal Online Issue

Been meaning to do this for a while, but just now getting around to renewing my Yosef Club Membership & football season tickets.

Was able to renew Yosef Club membership with no issue. However, every time I go online to renew my tickets, it keeps giving me an error message. Anyone else had this issue? I’ve tried calling all day, but just get a recorded voicemail.

Just curious if anyone else has us this issue. This is what I get for waiting

I got the same. I just called and completed the process over the phone. It has been a month or so ago. I cannot remember the exact message but seem to remember the issue revolved around credit card and security number...which were correct but kept giving me errors....I gave up and called the office.

I had trouble renewing and accessing anything to do with football on my account. Renewed tickets by phone and advised working on the access issue. As of today, no change!!

With my issue, it took several days for the charges to show up and over a week I believe for the upcoming tickets to show on my MAF account

Glad I wasn't the only one having an issue although it was a different one for me. I tried to renew tickets and increase giving but would not let me. So I increased giving and then separately renewed tickets. It shouldn't be this difficult to give money.

Don’t do it online. Called in pleasant lady guided me to my ticket renewal

I had the same issue, had to just email ticket office and they were able to charge my card and renew. Deadline is April 1 for those who do not know
