Wouldn't this have been Satt's last class?
I think this answers the "did Clark really have a stacked roster" question...

Dang you Satterfield leaving Clark with nothing after you've been gone for five years!
Satt's last recruiting class was in 2018, anyone that doubts he left App football in a better place with tons of talent to build from has an axe to grind.

Noel would have had a shot but he left for Missouri. We might have someone in there next year.

It’s Satt’s fault for not developing said players.

Pointing to Satt because we have no players at the combine is just a stupid notion. I'm sorry but that math simply doesn't add up.

Let's change this to who has a chance next year!

That is a good question. We don't have a slam dunk like Nick Hampton, D'Marco Jackson, Gaither, etc. Joey would probably be the best shot as of now. A lot of quality QBs came back for the extra year and there won't be a mass amount of players who can take a COVID year after 2024 so I would think he will need a really big year for that to happen. We have some sophomores and juniors that might be strong candidates if they don't leave us like Jalen did for their final year.

That is just based on college and not a list of draft prospects but those are good names. Here is a list I compiled that has even more. A lot of these are on draft lists I have seen online. Beck of UGA, Jalon Daniels, and Gronowski of SDSU could take a COVID year but the rest are super seniors so it is guaranteed to be a deep group next year.
Jalen Milroe Alabama
Joey Aguilar Appalachian State
Drew Pyne Arizona State
Taylen Green Arkansas
Dequan Finn Baylor
Gerry Bohanon BYU
KJ Jefferson Central Florida
Shedeur Sanders Colorado
Graham Mertz Florida
D.J. Uiagalelei Florida State
Carson Beck Georgia
Kurtis Rourke Indiana
Jalon Daniels Kansas
Kaidon Salter Liberty
Tyler Shough Louisville
Seth Henigan Memphis
Cameron Ward Miami
Jaxson Dart Mississippi
Blake Shapen Mississippi State
Brady Cook Missouri
Grayson McCall North Carolina State
Riley Leonard Notre Dame
Will Howard Ohio State
Casey Thompson Oklahoma
Dillon Gabriel Oregon
Drew Allar Penn State
Hudson Card Purdue
Preston Stone SMU
Mark Gronowski South Dakota State
Kyle McCord Syracuse
Quinn Ewers Texas
Conner Weigman Texas A&M
Collin Schlee UCLA
Cameron Rising Utah
Will Rogers Washington
TJ Finley Western Kentucky
Tyler Van Dyke Wisconsin

I’ll take a flier and say Hopper. QB is tough from a G5 standpoint especially when it’s not a pro style system. Nate Johnson 2026, fingers crossed he sticks it out!

I'd argue that Joey is more of a 'Pro Style' QB than anything though. He has the accuracy and arm to make NFL throws and I'd project him as a late round pick of UDFA.
