I've had zero issues with the digital tickets, but I also download everything before I leave the house. As Saint said, the best part will be the transferring. If I am unable to make a game, I either have had to mail the pass, meet someone in person (which I don't mind and have had no issues with either, but you just never know who/what people are going to do these days). On the renewal, it gives you the option to pay your season ticket cost monthly through April (4 payments total), which is neat and I took advantage of that.
However, on the donation attached to that ticket, it only gives you the option of paying it all at checkout or paying it over (right now) 13 months. I thought you have to reach your minimum donation amount for that seat by a certain date (end of June?) to get your tickets? I would imagine you can just go back in and donate whenever to reach that amount, but I wanted to clarify that.
